Exchange Method:

Ticket Vending Machines (Self-service): Utilize the green ticket vending machines with "passport" icons at each station to operate and collect tickets.

eMCO redemption important notice

In the event of a ticket machine outage or absence of an e-passport, visit designated stations to redeem the pass at the JR West Ticket Office (Manual), known as the Green Window. Present your e-voucher and passport for exchange.

Name and passport verification is not required for ticket machine collection. However, counter exchange requires staff verification of the voucher and passport.

Ticket machines are exclusive to travelers with e-passports. Visit the ticket office for manual exchange if you lack an e-passport or encounter issues with the machine. Collect Reserved Seat Ticket: Redeem the ticket at the green ticket booth or machine prior to use.

How to redeem

If reserved seat quotas are depleted or tickets remain unredeemed, the pass can still be used for unreserved seating.

Notes:

Ensure all required information is provided during booking. Guests may be subject to a handling fee for delays caused by incomplete or modified information.

Reserve your seat tickets at a JR West or JR Shikoku station ticket office before boarding.

Each passport can only be exchanged for one ticket of the same type during the same period.

Remember to carry your passport when traveling, as station staff may request it for inspection.

Once a ticket has been redeemed, the date of use cannot be changed.

Refunds will not be granted for trains out of service; please consider this before booking.
